Secret Garden is a coastal retreat space tucked into the trees, where gardens wind, paths wander, and gathering feels natural.
Inspired by the spirit of Alice in Wonderland, the property blends comfort, creativity, and a touch of magic, offering cabins, camping, and open spaces designed for music, retreats, workshops, and shared experiences. Here, community is nurtured, curiosity is welcomed, and time slows just enough to invite connection.
Who We Are
-
At The Secret Garden, hospitality comes naturally.
From the moment guests arrive, they are greeted with care, presence, and warmth. We pay attention to how people enter the space, how they move through it, and how it feels to be here. Every gathering — whether quiet or celebratory — is held with respect for the land and the people it brings together.
The property has been shaped as a living artwork. Paths, structures, and gathering spaces have been built by hand, guided by creativity, curiosity, and care. Art here isn’t something you look at — it’s something you experience. It lives in the details, the textures, and the way the land slowly reveals itself.
Our approach is simple: create a place where people can slow down, feel grounded, and reconnect — with nature, with each other, and with themselves.

We believe hospitality is about making people feel at home. At The Secret Garden, guests are welcomed like family, with openness and ease. There’s no performance here — just real connection, shared presence, and space to be yourself.
Nature is at the center of everything we do. Time spent among trees, gardens, and open sky has a quiet way of softening the nervous system and bringing people back into balance. The land isn’t just a setting, it’s a partner — guiding the pace, mood, and rhythm of each experience.
Creativity and craftsmanship shape how this place has been built and how it continues to grow. We value patience, intention, and care in the small details. Community matters deeply to us, as do the stories people carry with them.

The Secret Garden has been in the family for over twenty years, though it was never meant to become what it is today. It unfolded slowly and organically, shaped by intuition, hands-on building, and a lot of heart.
Farbod Dinyari grew up immersed in hospitality, spending his childhood at a campground in Iran just south of Tehran called Gol-E-Sahara, meaning “Flower of the Desert,” which was built by his father. By the time he was twelve, Farbod was already laying bricks and learning how to build. Those early experiences stayed with him. Years later, he began shaping this land himself, building the property over six years, one structure and pathway at a time.
What was once a Christmas tree farm slowly transformed into a sanctuary. Farbod didn’t have a master plan — once he started building, the land seemed to guide the process. In creating the space, he discovered its healing power, not just for guests, but for himself as well.
Yeyen Gunawan, originally from Indonesia, brings a complementary way of seeing. Growing up in a culture known for warmth and hospitality, she has always been drawn to community, natural healing, and creative gathering. After building her first campground four years ago, she became deeply aware of how time in nature can shift people’s nervous systems and open space for transformation. This was a natural continuation of her work. Yeyen is the proud owner of La Vie Wellness, a company that offers plant-based remedies designed to support healing from the inside out.
Together, their work meets in the middle. The land of The Secret Garden offers healing through place, presence, and connection, while La Vie Wellness supports the inner layers of the experience — like a gentle unfolding. At its heart, The Secret Garden is a space built from the hands, stories, and care of the people who tend it, and shared with those who wander in.
